Production & Decoration Process

We mix standard plastisol ink with an expanding foaming agent. The ink is screen printed onto the fabric, and passed through our conveyor dryer. The heat causes the ink's foaming agent to expand, rising above the fabric surface.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does puff print peel off or crack easily?

Our puff prints are formulated with elastic additives. To maximize longevity, we recommend washing garments inside out with cold water and line drying.

Can you do puff printing on fine detailed lines?

Puff printing works best on thick fonts and solid graphic zones. Hairlines can bleed or distort as the ink expands.
